You can easily buy round-trip tickets on a single screen by selecting a return trip in the return journey section. If you wish, your return trip does not have to be on the same service as your outbound trip.

Starting 24 hours (1 day) after your ticket purchase, you can request an e-invoice by querying with your PNR code on our website or by contacting our call center.
What are the rules for open tickets and ticket cancellations?
You can request to convert your ticket to an open ticket or cancel it up to 8 hours before the departure time. Requests outside this period are not valid. Open tickets are valid for 6 months.
When will the refund for tickets purchased by credit card be processed?
